People come to see me for many reasons. Common areas include: anxiety and overthinking, depression and low mood, grief and loss, trauma and past experiences, relationships and boundaries, and life transitions and purpose.
If you're unsure whether what you're going through fits, reach out. We can talk it through.

I aim to create a steady, honest space where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface. I won’t push you faster than feels safe. I will listen for what may not yet have words.
